Online Therapy Across Ontario for Overthinking, Anxiety, and Internal Pressure
Your mind doesn’t really switch off. You think things through, revisit decisions, and feel pressure to handle everything the “right” way. Even when nothing is wrong, it can be hard to fully relax.
You don’t have to keep carrying this on your own.
Therapy can help you step out of these patterns and feel more steady and grounded in yourself.
No pressure. Just a chance to see if this feels like a good fit.
Virtual therapy across Ontario, with in-person sessions available in Bradford.
This might feel familiar
- You go over things again and again to make sure you didn’t miss anything
- You second-guess decisions, even small ones
- You hold yourself to high standards, even when you’re already doing a lot
- You struggle to relax, even when nothing is wrong
- You feel responsible for how others feel and fear disappointing them
It can feel like your mind is always working, and like you can’t quite switch it off.
You don’t need to be in the same room for therapy to feel meaningful
A lot of people are unsure about online therapy at first.
It can feel unfamiliar, or harder to imagine opening up through a screen.
But many clients find the opposite happens.
Being in your own space can make it easier to settle in, speak more freely, and focus on what’s actually going on for you without the added pressure of a new environment.
Over time, the work begins to feel just as real, grounded, and supportive.
How online therapy works
01
Book a free consultation
We’ll have a short, no-pressure conversation to get a sense of what’s been going on and whether this feels like a good fit.
02
Meet virtually
Sessions take place over secure video. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
03
Start working through what’s been feeling difficult
We begin to understand the patterns behind what you’re experiencing and gradually create space for things to feel more manageable.
Why many people choose online therapy
- no commute or travel time
- easier to fit into your schedule
- access support from anywhere in Ontario
- stay in a space that feels familiar and comfortable
- more flexibility and consistency over time
Areas I support clients with
Many of the people I work with experience more than one of these at the same time.
Anxiety & Overthinking
Constant worry, racing thoughts, and difficulty switching off
Perfectionism & Self-Pressure
Feeling like you need to get things exactly right, even when it’s exhausting
Burnout & Exhaustion
Feeling mentally drained, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin
People-Pleasing & Boundaries
Putting others first, even when it costs you
Self-Esteem & Self-Doubt
Being hard on yourself and questioning your decisions
How therapy can help
Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about understanding what’s been driving these patterns and creating a different relationship with your thoughts, your expectations, and yourself.
Over time, this often leads to:
- feeling less caught in overthinking loops
- making decisions with more clarity
- being less hard on yourself
- feeling more grounded and steady day to day
