Welcome

Hi! My name is Diana Freitas. I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist and owner of Mind Ease Therapy. From an early age I have enjoyed listening to the stories and experiences of others and have been drawn to learning about the human mind.

When I learned about the role of a therapist, I knew it would be a good fit for my natural abilities and interest. This led me to completing a Bachelor Degree in Psychology at York University, followed by a Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Toronto.

I have since been providing counselling and psychotherapy services for 10 years. I find it a true privilege to support individuals during their most vulnerable and difficult times. When working with clients my approach is collaborative, curious, and compassionate. I invite you to take a chance not only on the therapy process, but also on yourself to see the life that is possible.
